Bento Time!!!

It's Good Friday yesterday! [It's holiday, yeay!]

After sing-K at K2, we walked around Komplek Multatuli (Medan) to grab some nice foods. After struggling for some restaurants available, we spotted this Japanese food restaurant!

It's holiday and it's dinner time, so most of the seats are occupied. =(
But, we are lucky enough that there're still seats available at 2nd floor. So, tap tap tap tap..
Here we come to the 2nd floor!

OMG!!! It's Japanese style dinner table!!!
[Can't hide my excitement when i saw these dinner table HaHa =P]
And, did you notice? They prepared a plug beside your table for you to charge your laptop, mobile phones, etc. [Such a considerate restaurant!] 


Well, well... We are already hungry!
Let's see what's inside the Menu~

As how it is named... We have all variants of Bento (Food served in Lunch boxes) in its menu. 

Or if you do not want the salads and sausages, you could pick Donburi (Food served in Bowls). 

If you're not feeling like eating any rice, you have selections of Ramen and Udon (Japanese style noodles) served in soup or fried. 

Hey, this is Japanese Restaurant, of course you will have Sushi to order! [My fave, yeay!]

Well, if you are just going for a Hi-tea, you can pick some snacks from the Side dish page. 

Variants of Japanese tea (Sencha/ Ocha) and other drinks are available on the last page of the menu.
[Japanese tea is commonly the best selection for drinks which goes along with most Japanese foods.]

I am planning to get Unagi Bento (Eel rice box) initially... But Unagi and Salmon are out of stocks ~(T@T)~

Wow! I am kinda surprised when the portion served is as much as how it looked in the menu. [Most of the time the portions served are lesser than the pictures in the menu ~(>@<)~]

Especially when the prices of the food are considerably standard, it's really Worth It!

Who cares! Eat 'n tell me how it taste!
Okayy... okayyy... Nyam nyam nyam... (eating sound, lol)
It is rather salty (soup and other foods) actually, but if you are those who love "Heavy" tasted foods then it will be no problem for you.
Well, the chilli sauce provided can actually neutralized the taste.
[For Indonesians, we almost never let chilli sauces to be far away from our plates. Haha =P ]
The pop shrimps are Not as crispy and rather Salty but it goes fine with the chili sauce.
They didn't use Japanese rice to make the rice balls, but it is not too bad. [Japanese rice is expensive wei!]


Finish eating, don't forget to snap some pictures with your friends!
Personally, I like the 2 Japanese style wall paintings hanged on the wall.
